Our sales team works collaboratively on developing a sales pipeline, establishing new contacts within existing accounts and identifying new opportunities with existing clients. Additionally, the team also partners with other groups internally, including product management, client services, trade support, and other Tradeweb sales teams to deliver best in breed trading solutions. We look to hire people who have an entrepreneurial spirit, working as part of a small team to drive innovation in the fixed income marketplace.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree completed or equivalent work experience
5+ years of fixed income sales or trading experience
Versed in buy-side and broker/dealer trading protocols
Proficient in middle-office, back-office, and compliance workflows

Nice To Haves

Municipal Bond experience preferred
Electronic trading experience preferred
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Work closely with sales management to develop and execute a sales strategy targeting specific segments of the municipal market.
Establish yourself as a ‘go to’ person for customer inquiries and information, educating users and hosting presentations / demonstrations as necessary.
Collaborate with product and technology teams to innovate by developing new municipal trading protocols and operational efficiencies.
Understand how to maximize revenue from each client by cross selling with other internal teams.
Help maintain Tradeweb’s position as a market leader within both the Interdealer and Dealer to client fixed income e-trading market, keeping up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence to maintain a competitive advantage.
