About The Position
As Vice President - Fine Dining Operations, you will focus on executing business strategic initiatives with overall accountability for FLIK airport lounge accounts across the U.S. This position will play a critical role in developing and executing the operational strategy, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and driving the overall success of our program. This position will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing operations team, developing and implementing standard operating procedures to exceed guest expectations, and maintain the highest standards of customer service and quality. You will also maintain strong client relationships and work to fulfill our mission.
