About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support Equities Sales and Trading across Cash and Derivatives in a Business Manager capacity. Responsibilities include strategic analysis, planning, and execution; business data analysis and presentation; risk assessment and mitigation; and providing strong day‑to-day support to the Cash and Derivatives management team to ensure the business operates effectively. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of the Cash Equities lifecycle and associated workflows.
  • Manage the budget, including forecasting, expense tracking, and cost optimization across data, tools, and third‑party vendors.
  • Experience partnering with and supporting Cash and Derivatives businesses.
  • Familiarity with major Cash / Derivative tools and datasets (e.g., OMS, exchange set up, fix connectivity, and emerging AI tools)
  • Experience or ability to lead large or small projects and deadline driven initiatives.
