EBAD is positioned to double in size in the next 3-5 years, and we are seeking a visionary Vice President of Engineering to lead this transformation and shape the future of our organization. You will lead the engineering team responsible for designing and developing energetic and electronic products to support our Launch Vehicle, Missile's, Satellite and Warfighter markets.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in an engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of project, design, or related energetics and electronics engineering experience.
  • Experience in managing, training, mentoring, and coaching leaders.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technology industries preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead through change and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and root cause analytical skills.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a U.S Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-mix, low-volume engineering environments.
  • Proven experience in improving engineering or manufacturing processes.
