The Vice President of Engineering will lead the engineering team responsible for designing and developing energetic and electronic products to support our Launch Vehicle, Missile's, Satellite and Warfighter markets. Requirements

  • BS/MS in an engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of project, design, or related energetics and electronics engineering experience.
  • Experience in managing, training, mentoring and coaching leaders.
  • Proven ability to lead through change and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a U.S Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technology industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving engineering or manufacturing processes to improve profit margins or lead time metrics.
