The Vice President of Engineering will lead the engineering team responsible for designing and developing energetic and electronic products to support our Launch Vehicle, Missile's, Satellite and Warfighter markets. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing leadership in our engineering team.

Requirements

• BS/MS in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 15+ years of project, design, or related energetics and electronics engineering experience.
• Experience in managing, training, mentoring and coaching leaders.
• Proven ability to lead through change and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Must have or be able to obtain a U.S Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technology industries preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in improving engineering or manufacturing processes to improve profit margins or lead time metrics.
