As a member of the Leadership Team, the Vice President, Donor Outreach & Collections is responsible for the leadership and performance of the Donor Outreach and Collections Division, ensuring consistent and adequate recruitment and retention of blood donors to drive efficient blood collections in the mobile and donor center environment across the four-state geography of ImpactLife. The VP will also oversee the Marketing and Public Relations function ensuring collaboration within the division to ensure name recognition and support of donor recruitment efforts. Qualifications include bachelor’s degree with preference given to candidates with a graduate degree. Blood center experience, with oversight of donor recruitment or donor collections, or Healthcare Operations leadership experience required. Final candidate must reside within our service territory, working out of one of our major hubs: Davenport, Iowa; Earth City, Missouri; Springfield, Illinois; or Urbana, Illinois.
