About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven VP of Digital Transformation to serve as our
primary engineering and innovation leader. Reporting to the CIO, you will own
the technical
execution of our enterprise roadmap, translating high-level business strategy
into scalable,
secure, and high-impact solutions. This is a role for a "builder" who
can modernize legacy
platforms, democratize data, and aggressively accelerate our AI adoption and
cloud maturity.

Requirements

• Experience: 12+ years in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Transformation Track Record: Proven success in leading large-scale digital shifts—not just moving to the cloud, but redefining business processes through technology.
• Technical Pedigree: Expert-level understanding of modernizing complex application stacks and ERP integrations (preferably in manufacturing/supply chain).
• AI & Data Fluency: Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML, advanced automation, or big data strategies within a corporate environment.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to bridge the "communication gap" — translating complex technical debt into business value for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Technology Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of the enterprise technology roadmap; translate business priorities into rigorous technical specs and deployment plans.
• AI & Data Strategy: Turn AI concepts into production-grade solutions. Establish a "data-first" culture by streamlining data architecture to ensure AI and automation initiatives are fueled by high-quality, real-time insights.
• Architecture Modernization: Lead the transition of legacy systems into cloud-native, API-driven architectures while enforcing global enterprise standards.
• Change Leadership: Act as a bridge between IT and the business; drive organizational change management to ensure new digital capabilities are adopted and delivering maximum value.
• Platform Engineering: Oversee the evolution of our cloud footprint (Azure/AWS), optimizing for high performance, cost-efficiency, and mature DevSecOps practices.
• High-Performance Culture: Direct oversight of engineering and development teams, fostering a culture of extreme ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.
