About The Position

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management's Digital Lending Platform team is seeking a product manager to lead the upgrade and enhancement of the Mortgage Loan Origination Platform. This role is crucial for the growth strategy of Morgan Stanley U.S. Banks and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to improve technology for internal users, including mortgage professionals.

Requirements

• 7 years of professional experience in technology product management and design.
• 5 years of experience in wealth management, retail banking, and/or consumer financial technology.
• Knowledge or experience with lending products.
• Experience in building complex internal systems focusing on underwriting, credit risk management, pricing, or platform upgrades.
• Experience with software business analysis is required.
• BA/BS degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Design new and improved technology for internal staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Define and write requirements in collaboration with technology, business, and control partners.
• Engage in end-user research and utilize data analysis for requirements writing and wireframe design.
• Present findings and project updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead Agile product management teams and drive decision-making across cross-functional groups.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, technology, and operations to enhance processes and streamline workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues or system errors within the lending pricing platform.
