Business Title: VP, Data & Analytics Technology Position Summary: The Vice President, Data & Analytics Technology will lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing evolution of PVH's enterprise data and analytics technology capabilities. This role is responsible for building and scaling modern data platforms, analytics tools, and data engineering practices that enable trusted, timely, and actionable insights across the business. Reporting to the SVP of Commercial & Data Systems, the Vice President will partner closely with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Digital, Merchandising, Planning, Product Creation, and Operations to define and execute a global data and analytics roadmap. This leader will play a critical role in modernizing PVH's data ecosystem, including cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, modern reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and the global data pipelines required to harmonize information from disparate enterprise systems. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading global teams responsible for data platforms, analytics engineering, and enterprise reporting, with a strong track record of delivering scalable data solutions through agile ways of working. This leader will also ideally have experience supporting or partnering on data governance programs to improve data quality, consistency, stewardship, and business trust in enterprise data assets.
