About The Position
The Vice President of Corporate Finance will lead and oversee the long-term financial model, capital structure planning, debt and equity capital markets financing, merger and acquisition (M&A) activity for the Company. The VP will also manage investor relations, including communication with analysts, investors, and stakeholders, and ensure that the company's financial performance and strategy are effectively communicated.
