What this job involves: As a VP, Projects , you will play a crucial role in driving outstanding project management and delivering exceptional results. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and we are looking for a professional who can inspire and lead a dynamic team of project managers while ensuring smooth project execution. What your day-to-day will look like: Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development. Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives , scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations. Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to optimize project outcomes. Foster a climate of inclusivity and belonging, supporting each other's wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with the business development team to drive growth and expand client relationships. Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings. Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and successfully execute projects across all elements of the PDS platform.
