The Vice President Construction role is part of Spectrum's Field Operations business unit, focusing on plant performance, outage and service-call reduction, productivity, and quality assurance. This position is responsible for managing all construction activity in the assigned RDOF region with an estimated budget of $700 - $900M and a team of approximately 40 employees. The Vice President will develop construction teams, secure contractor resources, and ensure that construction schedules and FCC milestones are met. Collaboration with various departments is essential to execute overall project plans effectively.
