As a Compensation Partner on the compensation team, you will have a consultation role with various parts of the business, as well as contribute to the global policies and practices across the firm. As a member of the Global Compensation team at BlackRock, you will work with a team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The role will support senior executives, cross functional partners, and HR Business Partners to deliver solutions that drive business results and advise on all aspects of BlackRock's compensation programs.
