We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service to join our Managed Account Solutions team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Experience managing client relationships with operational leadership clients and/or other C-suite clients
  • SMA experience or experience working with sponsor / custodian programs
  • Prior experience working as key contact for project delivery
  • 7 or more years of experience in a related financial services role(s)
  • Exceptional client service, advocacy, problem-solving and relationship development skills
  • Expertise in coordinating across functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept at prioritization of multiple tasks
  • Outstanding organizational and follow up skills are a must
  • Motivated to work effectively among a team of professionals and operate with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Manage client master agreements and list of services
  • Manage customer needs, business drivers and service requirements
  • Articulate best practices and make business process recommendations
  • Drive regular client meetings/calls with project updates, ongoing status, and platform updates
  • Expand the scope of existing business relationships
  • Coordinate new business development efforts, accelerate revenue
  • Mentor less tenured staff and coordinate training sessions
