We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service Data Insights & Analytics to join our BNY Investments team. This role is in New York, NY. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

  • Asset Management industry experience preferred.
  • Strong business, problem solving, and analytical skills. Proactive in solving business and/or technical problems.
  • Ability to think creatively to offer innovative solutions for our business needs
  • Understanding Salesforce.com ecosystem and flows
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Conduct hands-on training and creation of training materials

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to designing and implementing integrations between various systems
  • Participate in the identification and evaluation of third-party applications from the app exchange to support a multi-year implementation roadmap
  • Provide technical expertise with Salesforce.com with best practices.
  • Collaborate with the technical architects, developers and business users throughout the process
  • Performs job function independently and often guides less experienced Business Analysts.
