About The Position
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. - Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred. Typically 7-12 years of experience. 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively across groups with the organization. 5-7 years of directly related experience with syndicated loans and/or comparable commercial lending experience is required, to include knowledge of closing, trading, and loan servicing functions to support complex syndicated loans structures. Experience with loan-based software Loan IQ and ClearPar strongly preferred. Prior experience acting as a subject matter expert and coordinating the work of others. Ability to lead, provide guidance and work under limited supervision.
