The Vice President, Client Processing I - Operations Project Lead at BNY is a pivotal role within the Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations team.   • Provides complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate Client Processing systems.
  • Handles complex external client issues, including ongoing client servicing, post-sales support, and resolving operational issues.
  • Allocates and coordinates work within a team or project as needed.
  • Communicates needs and issues effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Participates in innovative product development, enhancement, and system testing to ensure efficient processing of high-value transactions.
  • Solves complex problems using in-depth knowledge of system intricacies.
  • Applies ingenuity and creativity to resolve common repeat problems and determine permanent solutions.
  • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Prior Project Management, Business Analytics, and Quality Assurance/Testing experience highly preferred.
  • Hands-on development experience of performance metrics dashboards preferred.
  • Vendor management experience preferred.
  • Prior Scrum and/or Software Testing experience preferred.
  • Self-directed and motivated with the ability to prioritize and organize workload.
  • Highly adaptable to change.
  • Experience in financial services or related industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial operations.
