About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and manage product requirements and technical integration conversations for Publicis Operating System with clients. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or an equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related rigor.
  • Extensive experience in product management (typically 10+) in areas related to the end-to-end marketing planning, activation, and measurement process.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery in a global context.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching data products in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent client service experience with proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and innovative out of the box and/or custom solutions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding skill in working closely with collaborators at all levels, including executive management, engineering teams, and clients.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for innovation, staying abreast of the latest industry trends, and driving continuous improvement in products and processes.
  • Deep experience across all media types (global, national, local, digital, direct, programmatic, shopper, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of ad tech, data integration, data activation, and the data economy, including expertise with third-party ad serving platforms, DSPs, CDPs, 3rd Party data, pixels and Ad Servers.
  • Deep knowledge of Identity Solution tools and platforms (e.g. Epsilon, Liveramp, Neustar, etc.).
  • Expertise with customer acquisition goals and optimize CPA, CTR, Completion Rate, etc.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skill and exceptional problem-solving skills - navigates effectively through difficult issues, builds required consensus to drive business needs and results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a detailed strategy for the Publicis Growth OS on our major global clients aligned with theirs and Publicis Groupe's mission, values, and business goals.
  • Support the technical product vision for the Growth OS capabilities and utilization on Clients, setting the standard for design excellence and innovation.
  • Define and implement the roadmap, considering market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budgets, managing client expectations effectively (as needed).
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to media strategy, audience strategy, business planning, media planning, media activation, measurement and provide strategic recommendations to the product and agency executive teams.
  • Drive innovation through cross functional collaboration with research, data science, engineering and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Groupe internal departments and client teams to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Define prototypes to show proof of concept and test specific hypothesis with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and other team members to drive alignment and implement the product vision.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership to provide updates on initiatives, strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Platform Lead, Agency Leadership, and Client Technical Teams (if needed) to uncover difficulties, solutions, and potential innovation opportunities.
  • Build out business and technical requirements to feedback to the Product Owners.
  • Work closely with Production, ReSources, Commerce, Social/Influencer, and other Development Teams within Publicis Groupe to provide unique solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional and local development teams to provide novel solutions (if needed), determine scalability of local innovation, and govern against needless development to drive alignment and cost efficiency.
  • Represent the company as a leader with a point of view in the Media Mix Modelling community through speaking engagements, conferences, and publications.
  • Drive thought leadership internally by sharing insights, trends, and standard methodologies.
  • Contribute to the company's growth by developing case studies, white papers, and industry presentations highlighting success stories and innovative analytic approaches.
