We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Coverage I to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in New York City, NY - HYBRID.

  • Work closely with our clients as well as our Relationship Management, Business Development and Product Management teams to onboard clients.
  • Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monthly for clients.
  • Prepare clients for entering new accounts by explaining and articulating the level of documentation required, regulations and market expectations.
  • Conduct market analysis and collate data analytics to support the commercial and growth aspects of the business.
  • Ensure that BNY Mellon complies with ‘Know Your Customer' (KYC) Legislation for all applicable local jurisdictions and the Bank's own Internal KYC Policies.
  • Prepare or review profiles that have been flagged for escalation during the profile renewal or new business process.
  • Lead and participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience focused on onboarding and account planning.
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 10 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Data Management.
