POSITION SUMMARY: Perform the duties required to be responsible for the strategic oversight of the organization's health centers and facilities management. Provides strategic leadership in the oversight and improvement of clinical operations to ensure quality and customer-focused service delivery. As appropriate designs, develops, implements, evaluates and revises the delivery of service to ensure optimal patient and operational outcomes. Responsible for providing clinical and administrative leadership for the operations of Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory, HIM, Nursing Operations, Facilities, Dental Operations, and Quality Improvement. Responsible for developing and achieving targets in the strategic plan, fiscal management, creating and monitoring expense and revenue budgets, participating in grant reporting and audits, and program monitoring. This position also takes the lead in the clinical integration of clinical services and operations as well as partner development and community engagement. A member of the Senior Team, participating in the planning and coordination of organization-wide strategies. POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education: This role requires an individual with a degree in a healthcare-related discipline, such as nursing, medicine, or behavioral health, to provide the clinical guidance necessary to achieve our clinical goals and improve patient outcomes. Experience: Eight (8) years of related and/or applicable management experience, five (5) or more of which must be in a director level capacity in an ambulatory care outpatient facility. Positions with increasing responsibility including the management of staff and projects are required. A strong knowledge of the functions encompassed in the position. An understanding of managing in a multi-site environment. Vendor contracting and management experience.
