As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you’ll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier ®. The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment across executive priorities and driving organizational effectiveness. This role also supports the CALO (Chief Administrative and Legal Officer). This role manages critical initiatives, facilitates executive and Board governance processes, and provides leadership in coordinating cross-functional projects. The Chief of Staff acts as a trusted liaison between the CEO, Executive Committee (EC), Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Board of Directors, enabling seamless communication and execution of strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Prior Top 3 management consulting firm experience or Big 4 Consulting experience
  • Proven track record in executive-level support, strategic planning, and governance
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and facilitation capabilities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Financial Acumen
  • Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years in healthcare preferred
  • Operations or strategy experience in healthcare strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CEO and CALO priorities, managing key asks, follow-ups, and project execution.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure timely completion of CEO-driven initiatives.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and strategic updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own planning and facilitation of EC and ELT meetings, workshops, and retreats, including agenda development, content creation, and logistics.
  • Drive alignment on strategic priorities and monitor progress on key initiatives.
  • Lead preparation and facilitation of Board meetings, including development of materials, coordination of logistics, and support during sessions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of Board reports and compliance with governance standards.
  • Manage the organization’s initiative stage-gating process, ensuring projects meet defined criteria before advancing in partnership with Strategy leadership
