Our team members are the heart of what makes us better. At Hackensack Meridian Health we help our patients live better, healthier lives — and we help one another to succeed. With a culture rooted in connection and collaboration, our employees are team members. Here, competitive benefits are just the beginning. It’s also about how we support one another and how we show up for our community. Together, we keep getting better - advancing our mission to transform healthcare and serve as a leader of positive change. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Chief Quality Officer, and indirectly to the President of CTS and Southern Region, the Vice President, Chief Clinical Integration, Standardization and Specialty Care is the senior leader overseeing the HMH strategic mission to ensure that healthcare delivery is STEEEP (Safe, Timely, Effective, Efficient, Equitable, and Patient Centered), ultimately leading to better patient outcomes, improved patient experience, reduced healthcare costs, and maximized overall healthcare value. This role focuses on achieving strategic clinical integration, clinical standardization and value maximization by partnering with the Clinical Service Lines and Specialties including the President of the Clinical Service Lines, the Administrative leaders of clinical service lines and the regional chairs across the network. It is aimed at bridging gaps between clinical care, information technology, and administrative operations, enhancing the delivery of healthcare services, overseeing the seamless integration of people, technology, operations and goals, while simultaneously driving the transition towards value-based care models that prioritize patient outcomes and cost efficiency. It works purposely to build a system that consistently delivers value to patients and HMH across the continuum of care.
