About The Position

This position will be based out of one of our Operations Support locations: Harrisburg, PA, Venice, FL or Tacoma, WA. MITER Brands, one of America's largest and most respected suppliers of residential windows and patio doors, is growing—and we're looking for a visionary Vice President of Channel Marketing to help lead the way. This newly created role is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-impact marketing function at a company on the rise. As a key member of our Commercial leadership team, you'll lead a talented group of marketers to build and execute strategies that elevate our brand, deepen customer engagement, and drive measurable growth across our diverse channel ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel, product, and brand marketing—ideally in a multi-brand, B2B2C environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years managing a national or global brand.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver results.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
  • Strategic agility, creative problem-solving, and a data-driven mindset.
  • A 'work hard, play hard' spirit with a commitment to mutual success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a multi-year channel growth strategy that positions MITER Brands as the most valued window and door brand in America.
  • Collaborate across the organization to amplify the features and benefits of our business and product portfolio.
  • Maximize profitable market share, increase awareness and preference, drive growth, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop unique and effective product positioning statements based on a deep understanding of all channel groups and relevant competitors.
  • Translate product roadmap and launch plans with purposeful campaigns and communications.
  • Ensure channel marketing and tools are developed in coordination with the rollout timeline.
  • Create sales playbooks, portals, merchandising guides, and other channel-enablement tools.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns that amplify our product portfolio and drive awareness, preference, and loyalty.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of marketers focused on delivering category-leading content and customer experiences.
  • Implement strategic programs that deliver value to channel partners and unlock incremental revenue.
