University Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic healthcare leader to serve as the Vice President of Cardiovascular Services. This executive will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the comprehensive heart and vascular service line across the continuum of care. Areas of responsibility include cardiac surgery, diagnostic and interventional cardiology, vascular services, electrophysiology, non-invasive procedures, and outpatient care. The Vice President will lead service line strategy, growth, quality improvement, fiscal accountability, and innovation. Working in close collaboration with hospital leadership, medical staff, and community stakeholders, this role is critical to positioning University Health as a premier destination for cardiovascular care in South Texas.
