About The Position

Vice President of Capital Markets – Fuel Growth Through Strategic Financing & Capital Raising LV Petroleum is a fast-growing, privately held company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. We own and operate a large and rapidly expanding portfolio of 80 Travel Centers, 160 restaurants, and 30 convenience stores across the United States, supported by nearly 6,000 dedicated team members. Our Travel Centers serve as major hubs for professional drivers and commercial fleets, while our aggressive growth strategy includes property acquisitions, ground-up developments, sale-leaseback transactions, and new market expansions. To support this momentum, we are seeking a seasoned capital markets leader to architect and execute sophisticated financing solutions that fuel our national expansion. The Vice President of Capital Markets will play a pivotal strategic role in sourcing, structuring, and executing debt, equity, and alternative capital solutions to support acquisitions, development projects, refinancings, and overall corporate growth. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will partner closely with the executive team, real estate, and operations groups to optimize the company’s capital structure, minimize cost of capital, and build strong relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions.This is a high-impact executive position ideal for a sophisticated finance professional with deep experience in real estate, energy, or infrastructure capital markets who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field required; MBA or CFA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in capital markets, investment banking, project finance, or real estate finance, with a focus on debt and equity transactions.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, structuring, and closing multi-million-dollar debt and equity deals in real estate, retail, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of sale-leaseback transactions, construction financing, and commercial real estate capital markets.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with demonstrated success managing institutional investor and lender relationships.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear business recommendations.
  • High degree of integrity, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented private company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead capital raising initiatives, including debt financing (construction, term loans, revolvers, sale-leasebacks), institutional equity, joint ventures, and alternative capital structures.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive capital markets strategies to support property acquisitions, dispositions, ground-up developments, and portfolio refinancings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, institutional lenders, private equity firms, REITs, family offices, and other capital providers.
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate new market expansions, capital projects, and operational initiatives from a financing perspective.
  • Oversee financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, and structuring of complex transactions.
  • Prepare investor/lender presentations, information memoranda, and negotiation materials; lead term sheet negotiations and closing processes.
  • Monitor capital markets trends, interest rates, and liquidity conditions to identify optimal timing and structures for financing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Real Estate, Legal, Operations, Finance) and external advisors to ensure seamless transaction execution and compliance.
  • Manage the company’s overall capital structure, optimizing cost of capital while maintaining financial flexibility.
  • Support investor relations and reporting for existing capital partners.
