You will have the opportunity to own the Global Business Technology strategy, planning, and execution for our dynamic and rapidly growing company that helps save lives on our roadways! We lead all aspects of the design, implementation, maintenance and support of information systems that support the internal enterprise infrastructure and business applications used by the organization. You will lead and encourage an impactful group of Global Technology teams including IT, Enterprise Systems, Architecture, Development, IT Operations & Information Security, and Data Operations. We set the direction for the organization to align and meet global business needs while ensuring flexible, modern technologies support various compliance, privacy and security policies and procedures. You will be an essential leader at Lytx and use your abilities to quickly understand complex situations and define effective solutions across a diverse landscape of employees, vendors, and customers, as we continue to scale our business.

  • Develop global information services, cyber-security, technology vision and strategy in support of our business strategy.
  • Validate and develop technology investments including new improvements and functionality.
  • Ensure appropriate development, configuration and testing of system functionality.
  • Develop and lead our decision intelligence, agentic AI, and other AI practices/approaches/application areas to transform decision making and work practices.
  • Articulate AI's transformative impact on current and future business objectives.
  • Own all business systems, infrastructure and assets, including the architecture, operations, procurement and management.
  • Support core IT systems, Business Applications including CRM, ERP, HRIS, Document Management, Content Management, Business Process Management and workflow systems including Salesforce, NetSuite.
  • Evaluate current business systems and relevant processes and recommend enhanced solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate and lead vendors that supply systems, infrastructure, assets and applications.
  • Evaluate and improve internal controls, and quality assurance related to application development and key processes.
  • Develop, maintain and enforce written policies and procedures regarding all business technology systems.
  • Own the IT, Enterprise Systems, Architecture, Development, IT Operations & Security teams.
  • Mentor staff, provide direction, guidance, growth and development opportunities to the team.
  • Define data, analytics and AI strategy, including vision, drivers and outcomes.
  • 15+ years in enterprise technology with 8+ years leading through Directors/Senior Directors across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Demonstrated success owning multi-rollup budgets, portfolio trade-offs, and landing measurable value.
  • Proven delivery of enterprise application portfolios (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday/HRIS), data integration/MDM, and internal app dev at scale.
  • Hands-on experience launching governed AI productivity solutions for internal use.
  • Deep familiarity with SOX ITGC, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and BIA/RTO/RPO for corporate services.
  • Exceptional stakeholder leadership; clear communicator to executives and employees.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging Gen AI based solutions and strategies across an organization.
  • Deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure including the universe of SaaS business products.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining financial business systems.
  • Comprehensive expertise in business analysis and business process reengineering.
  • Good understanding of implementing and maintaining IT Service Management standard methodologies and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in effectively influencing and leading the evaluations and implementation of technology solutions.
  • Solid grasp in an Agile development environment with strong engineering principles.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well with diverse internal and external constituents.
  • M&A integration of enterprise systems.
  • SaaS rationalization at scale.
  • FinOps certification(s).
