This team plays a critical role in identifying, investigating, and remediating potential sales practice challenges, driving continuous improvement and safeguarding our reputation for excellence. As Team Lead on the Business Practices team - Field Performance & Incentives, you will oversee a team of associates, guiding day-to-day operations and ensuring high standards of service. You will manage Business Practices escalations, host monthly forums with executive leaders, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate potential issues. Your leadership will directly support the strategic objectives of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
