Mass General Brigham International (MGBI) represents a systemwide initiative to provide leading clinical care to patients, advisory services, and Transformational Partnerships to our customers from around the world. This exciting business initiative combines a broad set of existing capabilities, with a new focus on integration. With a significant investment in this program, MGBI plans to enhance patient and customer experience by developing and improving the services offered to destination patients and driving broad-based business growth. The Vice President Business Development & Growth will have primary responsibility for revenue and growth and will lead all business development activities. Working collaboratively with MGB International’s leaders and others throughout the organization, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a unified go-to-market inclusive of products, pricing, and positioning. This includes creating and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to identify, cultivate, and close complex, large-scale international partnerships. This is a critical leadership role that requires an expert in navigating long sales cycles, building trust with high-level government and healthcare leaders, and seamlessly integrating internal clinical, research, and educational capabilities into client-facing solutions.
