The Vice President, Brand Style & Concept will define and elevate the brand's global styling vision while shaping seasonal creative concepts that bring our unique "California Lifestyle" point of view to life. This leader will play a pivotal role in connecting design intent, product storytelling, and creative expression - ensuring our aesthetic is ownable, cohesive, and resonant across all channels and customer touch points worldwide.

  • Shape and evolve the brand's styling and visual identity to deliver an authentic, differentiated point of view in the marketplace.
  • Translate the "California Lifestyle" vision to life by partnering with key functions - translating brand values into compelling seasonal concepts, styling direction, content, activations, and retail experiences.
  • Integrate the go-to-market process to ensure brand integrity and creative intention flow seamlessly from design concepts through to marketing execution.
  • Drive aligned clarity of the Vuori Brand Vision - connecting dots throughout the GTM product & marketing processes.
  • Collaborate with design team on seasonal creative concepts, informing seasonal insights on styling and proportion shifts
  • Inform the collection at key milestones and throughout seasonal pipeline.
  • Partner on collaboration ideation and manage key creative styling moments.
  • Serve as the steward of the seasonal concept in post adoption milestones - working closely with design leads and design Style Concept Directors to ensure integrity of the intent maintained.
  • Define the global styling vision and ensure consistency and excellence across all channels.
  • Lead styling execution for all content, ensuring a unified look and feel that reflects our brand DNA; partner with creative team to identify talent to support.
  • Partner with the Seasonal Creative Director to translate seasonal creative concepts into styling that brings narratives to life across lifestyle, studio, and campaign content.
  • Partner with brand marketing to align on positioning and briefs, ensuring styling and concept work ladder up to the broader brand strategy.
  • Provide clear, actionable creative direction for marketing teams - informing content creation, activations, PR angles, and partner selections.
  • Strong styling expertise with deep apparel and fashion knowledge; elevated taste level and strong design eye.
  • Creative synergy with Design, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams.
  • Highly collaborative and key to brainstorming and cross-functional partnership.
  • Great communicator - able to inspire teams and external partners.
  • Industry and fashion expert who can blend product, styling, and brand storytelling seamlessly.
