About The Position
The Vice President of Benefits at Wolters Kluwer will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, design, and implementation of the company's global benefits, including the well-being programs. This role will ensure that our benefits initiatives are aligned with our organizational goals and culture, support employee engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience. The role will also be part of the Rewards leadership team, reporting into the Senior Vice President, Rewards and Belonging.
