Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Own and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow CGI's footprint across the NYC Financial market. Drive year-over-year revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic partnerships. . Sales Leadership & Business Development: Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from opportunity identification to proposal development and contract negotiation. Champion competitive pursuits and position CGI as a trusted advisor to public sector clients. . Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with customer leaders, decision-makers, and influencers. Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term account value. . Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic account plans, sales forecasts, and growth roadmaps aligned with CGI's business objectives. . Team Leadership & Talent Development: Inspire and lead a diverse team of consultants and delivery professionals. Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and client success. . Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure seamless delivery of consulting and IT services, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
