Role Summary/Purpose: Synchrony’s B2B business delivers $2B+ in Net Income and provides comprehensive financing solutions to hundreds of thousands of active merchants and providers in 20+ markets. The B2B products offered to our merchants and providers are delivered through a variety of digital platforms and channels. As a key member of the B2B Digital Products Team, this leadership role is responsible for helping drive and achieve Synchrony’s business objectives focusing on Commercial credit products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate SYF’s ability to understand and meet our client’s and customer’s needs through technology-driven and innovative solutions in partnership with Product Management, Go To Market, TechOps, Credit and other cross functional teams. This leader will have strong communication skills, experience working in a matrixed environment with clients and technical development teams, strong project management and Agile skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This position will report to the Senior Vice President, B2B Digital Products. Our Way of Working We’re proud to offer you choice and flexibility.
