About The Position

As the Vice President, B2B Marketing & Demand Generation at Tillster, you will serve as the strategic leader spearheading the development and implementation of our B2B strategy with a focus on demand generation strategy. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and the ability to create programs that highlight Tillster and its core positioning while aligning with the competitive landscape. You will identify key customer groups and develop strategies appropriate to their roles in the buying process, working closely with leadership to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that emphasize continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the execution of demand generation campaigns for Tillster, ensuring precision and consistency across all materials and communications. You will own the demand generation strategy for Tillster customers, creating pipeline generation campaigns aimed at driving new business wins and cross-sell opportunities, all while maintaining a laser focus on return on investment (ROI) outcomes. In addition, you will evaluate and implement the best use cases for marketing automation, CRM platforms, and other relevant technologies to optimize and streamline demand generation processes tailored to Tillster's offerings. You will collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to articulate compelling value propositions for Tillster's commerce platform solutions, manage strategies for events, tradeshows, sponsorships, webinars, and client summits, and oversee content development to position Tillster as a leader in the marketplace. Furthermore, you will drive the Tillster sales development team to align demand generation efforts with sales priorities, establishing strong communication channels between demand generation and sales teams to facilitate efficient lead handoff and conversion. You will also oversee Tillster's public relations activities, ensuring strategic alignment with overall demand generation objectives and brand messaging, while nurturing relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders to enhance Tillster's visibility and reputation.
