Requirements

15+ years in scientific product development within FDA-regulated industries.
Ph.D. in a scientific discipline (or equivalent experience).
Proven leadership of leaders—able to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Deep expertise in immunoassay technologies and process optimization.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of immunoassay R&D, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
Champion cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Program Management teams.
Implement strategies that enhance product performance and maintain competitive advantage.
Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and quality processes.
