About The Position
We are seeking a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel to serve in the Corporate Group of the Legal Department at Aramark's headquarters in Philadelphia. This attorney will report to Aramark's Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary and will lead the corporate legal team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in a pre-eminent legal department leading a high performing corporate team. You will serve as the trusted advisor to the Company's line of business CEOs and CFOs and Treasurer as they drive Aramark's M&A and capital markets strategy. You will also have an opportunity to interact with and advise Aramark's senior management and Board on corporate issues including on SEC disclosures and M&A.
