Gainwell Technologies is seeking an innovative and experienced Vice President of Analytics Life Cycle Management to lead the strategy, development, deployment, optimization, and ongoing performance measurement of analytics capabilities supporting our Pre- and Post-Pay Cost Containment solutions. This executive will own the full analytics life cycle—from data acquisition, model design, rules development, refinement, and validation, to operationalization and continuous performance monitoring. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in healthcare analytics, advanced modeling, and rules-based detection frameworks, along with a proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment between data engineering, product, audit/recovery, and payment integrity operations. The VP will ensure that analytics-driven insights and logic consistently deliver measurable cost savings, operational efficiency, and high performance for our government and payer clients. The pay range for this position is $192,000.00 - $274,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
