The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$600 billion in Assets Under Management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices. As the Wealth Management Affluent Strategy and Cross Channel Referral Vice President within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will be responsible for managing initiatives aimed at growing and deepening Wealth Management’s relationship with affluent clients. You will also oversee the end-to-end processes and operational efficiencies of the referrals processes between the JPMorgan Wealth Management (JPMWM) and Chase’s Consumer Bank, including the JPMorgan Private Client (JPMPC) organization. In this role you will be highly visible and required to partner with and influence key internal stakeholders and senior leadership across the Wealth Management channels (CWM and JPMA), Consumer Bank, and JPMorgan Private Client. You must have a strong operational mindset, be detail-oriented, have experience working with a client-facing sales organization, and be skilled at managing in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to adapt and remain flexible in a constantly evolving business are key attributes for success.
