This role partners directly with the CEO and Board and oversees accounting through a strong Corporate Controller. Requirements
- 12+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA highly preferred
- Experience with banks, lenders, and financial structures
- Strong GAAP and audit knowledge
- Executive presence with leadership and Board exposure
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise financial oversight and strategy
- Own banking and lender relationships
- Deliver executive and Board-level reporting
- Oversee Controller, accounting, Customer Service, and Collections
- Drive cash flow, AR performance, and financial controls
