Requirements

• Four years of college education and an MBA degree.
• 10 to 12 years of experience, ideally at a creative agency, including four years of leadership experience in integrated marketing and client relationship management with a digital scope.
• Experience working with CPG clients.
• Superior analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Superb communication and presentation skills.
• Effective time-management and impeccable organization.
• Proven project management and performance management skills.
• Demonstrated budget management and resource planning experience.
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and partner with senior leadership on high-level strategy.
• Eloquently articulate views on digital business philosophies and keep clients updated on industry context.
• Sell new project ideas that align with client goals, both customer and brand.
• Maintain a strong understanding of changes in the client's industry and how customer needs are adapting.
• Inspire clients with strong storytelling skills - engaging, thoughtful, and compelling.
• Partner with clients and capability partners to build active brands.
• Own the financials for clients, including forecasts, budgets, and investments.
• Develop team members by coaching, training, and identifying areas for growth.
• Be willing to travel as needed.
