HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced, motivated CRNA to step into a key leadership role as Vice Chief CRNA at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in Fort Pierce, Florida. Opportunity Highlights Anesthesia Care Team Model: 9 anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs Diverse case mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular/Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Peds High-volume practice: 11,500+ annual surgical cases State-of-the-art facility: o 13 ORs + 15 SOS o 2 dedicated open-heart ORs o 2 OB ORs (Level III NICU) o Level II Trauma Center Flexible scheduling: 8-, 10-, 12-, 14-, and 24-hour shifts Call structure: Backup weekend beeper call from home (Fri 7p–7a; Sat/Sun/Holidays 7a–7a) Consistent support: 1 physician + 1 CRNA in-house at all times Top-of-license practice with opportunities to demonstrate and expand clinical proficiency Compensation & Benefits W 2 employed position with HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services $75,000 start date bonus + relocation assistance CME stipend 100% employer-paid occurrence-based malpractice 401(k) with company match 8 weeks of frontloaded time away Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) with discounted HCA stock Comprehensive health and wellness benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, Life, Disability, and more
