We are seeking a Vibe Coding Engineer who operates at the intersection of AI-assisted development, rapid prototyping, and production grade execution. This role is ideal for someone who can turn ideas into working software quickly without sacrificing structure, scalability, security, or maintainability. This is not a sandbox role. This position is hands-on, production-facing and embedded across multiple business units. As a Vibe Coding Engineer, you will build fast, functional applications using AI-assisted and low-friction development workflows while adhering to AREA15's technical standards and production requirements. Successful prototypes will be hardened, documented, and deployed into AREA15's approved repositories and production stack. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders across attractions, events, food & beverage, marketing and operations to prototype, test, refine, and deploy internal tools, guest-facing experiences, and experimental platforms.

Requirements

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Comfortable working in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment, introducing new concepts and innovations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
2 years of experience building web-based applications or internal tools
Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in real development workflows
Strong proficiency in modern web development frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data services
Familiarity with Git-based version control and structured repositories
Experience deploying applications to staging or production environments
Solid understanding of application architecture, scalability, and maintainability principles
Ability to translate loosely defined business ideas into functional technical solutions
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with APIs, integrations and data services, Version control (Git)
Working knowledge of modern web frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
Computer skills in Microsoft applications. (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke.
Ability to work in all weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, wind, rain, extreme cold.

Responsibilities

Use AI-assisted coding tools and rapid development platforms to prototype new applications quickly and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback, develop and test multiple ideas in parallel, embrace speed and experimentation while maintaining clarity, structure and code quality
Transition successful prototypes into, AREA15's approved repositories, standard deployment pipelines, secure production environments.
Align builds with AREA15 technical standards, architecture guidelines and security requirements
Ensure applications are stable, documented, maintainable, and scalable
Monitor deployed tools and continuously improve performance and reliability
Partner with business owners, and work cross-functionally with various departments including but not limited to, marketing, events and attractions teams
Translate loosely defined ideas into functional, reliable software
Ask thoughtful questions to clarify business needs and ensure solutions align with operational realities
Explore how AI-assisted development and rapid-build platforms can, improve internal workflows, enhance guest and operator experiences, enable faster experimentation across the venue
Identify reusable components and repeatable development patterns
Contribute to defining best practices for AI-assisted development within AREA15
Use rapid development platforms such as Replit or similar environments and AI-assisted coding tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and etc
Use Web technologies such as React, Next.js or similar frameworks.
Use CI/CD and deployment pipelines aligned with production environments
Be available to respond to time-sensitive matters.
Demonstrate ART! (AREA15's service standards) in every guest interaction.
Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
Maintain a professional, polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards.
Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
