About The Position

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Via Fill Operator to join our growing company. Scope: A via is a copper plated hole used to connect two or more layers in a printed circuit board (PCB). Via Fill is a manufacturing process used to selectively and completely fill or close via holes by applying an epoxy to the PCB and then planarizing epoxy and copper once the epoxy is cured.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment or minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing related industry

Nice To Haves

Able to effectively communicate with management and supervisory staff.
Able to support and implement company safety protocols.
Able to lift to 25lbs.
Ability to stand/walk throughout an 8–10-hour shift.
Ability to walk on uneven surface.

Responsibilities

Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs
Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system
Read and interpret shop orders to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and verify quality
Maintain a safe, neat and organized workplace
Ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary
