About The Position
Via Transportation is collaborating with Douglas County to offer a vital transportation service for students in the area. We are currently seeking dedicated driver partners who are committed to ensuring the safe and reliable transport of passengers to their destinations. As a driver partner with Via Student Transit, you will have the opportunity to give back to the local community while earning extra income. This role allows for flexibility in your schedule, as you will primarily be transporting students during peak hours, specifically from 6:30 AM to 9 AM and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, five days a week. Please note that these hours are subject to change based on operational needs. In addition to the rewarding experience of serving your community, new driver partners can take advantage of a $250 promotion upon joining. You will have the potential to earn $26.00 per hour, along with additional promotions that may be available. As an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to choose when you log on to drive, with no minimum commitments required. This flexibility allows you to balance your driving responsibilities with other personal or professional obligations, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to supplement their income while maintaining control over their work schedule.
