About The Position

The VGD Attendant Clerk is responsible for providing efficient service to guests using VGD machines at Muckleshoot Casino Resort. This role involves monitoring the machines for optimal operation, assisting guests, and ensuring a positive gaming experience while maintaining security and professionalism.

Requirements

• One (1) year of cashiering experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to troubleshoot a variety of situations.
• Ability to use basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies MCR's values and demonstrates excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Assist VGD guests in the use and enjoyment of VGD machines.
• Ensure that VGD machines are filled with ticket paper to keep machines in constant operation.
• Service minor machine and printer malfunctions.
• Sell VGD tickets to customers for use in machines.
• Consult VGD Shift Manager or Supervisor in the event of customer dissatisfaction or machine malfunction.
• Assist in maintaining VGD floor security by reporting any suspicious activity.
• Assist VGD Supervisors in processing jackpots.
• Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and report issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
