About The Position
The VFS Payment Specialist position is a hybrid role responsible for processing payments in accordance with program rules and authorizations. The specialist will provide exceptional member service while assisting various stakeholders, including members, employees, case managers, and independent support brokers, with payment processing tasks. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
