VitalRads is hiring an experienced, Teleradiology Office Manager to join our INCREDIBLE team. VitalRads has grown into a world-class team of veterinary imaging experts, headquartered in Cypress, Texas (just outside of Houston). The VitalRads team is comprised of board-certified veterinary specialists and other skilled professionals with over 150 years of combined experience in veterinary diagnostic imaging, teleradiology, telemedicine, PACS, DICOM, IT, and veterinary hospital information systems. Our board-certified veterinary specialists review and interpret animal imaging cases from around the world, every day, from all modalities. And, we have plenty of fun along the way! The Teleradiology Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client services and billing functions. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the client service (CSR) and billing teams, acting as a key liaison with our specialist team, and providing essential administrative and project support for leadership. The ideal candidate will champion an exceptional client experience, ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, and drive operational efficiency through effective team management, process optimization, and the strategic use of our support applications and functionality. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to maximizing team performance and engagement.
