About The Position
Join us for a 6-12 week internship, with a commitment of minimum of 32 hours per week, where you'll gain valuable experience in zoo medicine. Open to students currently enrolled in an accredited veterinary technology program and licensed veterinary technicians, this rotation offers exposure to clinical medicine, surgery, husbandry, quarantine protocols, laboratory techniques, and pathology. You'll assist veterinary staff with medical and surgical procedures, patient care, and more. Ideal candidates are second-year students or recent graduates with experience in veterinary practice and a passion for exotic animal care. Application deadline is July 1, 2025.
