About The Position
Broward Avian Exotic Animal Hospital in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our dynamic team of 18 professionals. Our practice specializes in avian and exotic species, providing comprehensive care including daily and critical care, as well as surgical procedures. We pride ourselves on our supportive work environment where team members collaborate and assist each other to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Our facility is fully equipped to handle a variety of medical situations, and we are committed to providing high-quality care to our clients who travel from afar to seek our services. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who is reliable and possesses veterinary experience. While we prefer candidates with a Certified Veterinary Technician license, we are open to training the right individual who shows potential and a willingness to learn. Experience with wildlife or exotic animals is highly desirable, but we are willing to provide training for those who demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities we are looking for in our new team member.
