We are a 5-doctor small animal and exotics hospital offering a wide variety of cases, including wellness, dentistry, surgery, exotics, and more. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Veterinary Technician who wants to use their skills daily, continue learning, and be part of a clinic culture that supports one another.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of experience working as a Veterinary Technician in a clinical setting
Solid knowledge of technical skills, including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and radiology
A collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
Strong time management, organizational skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for veterinary medicine

Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
Run in-house Idexx laboratory testing, floatation, and cytologies
Use strong technical skills, including handling and restraining animals, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, diagnostics, dental cleanings, and radiographs
Support in surgical preparation, anesthesia monitoring, recovery, and instrument care
Provide professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff
Have a strong understanding of pharmacology and medical terminology
