Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures
• Collect and process laboratory samples (blood, urine, fecal)
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Take and record vital signs and maintain accurate medical records
• Perform diagnostic imaging such as X-rays
• Educate pet owners on post-treatment care, nutrition, and medications
• Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms, surgical areas, and equipment
• Provide compassionate handling and care for animals
